About Stress

People are worry for future, specially, when they not sure about something, you can never be sure, even if you think you are, anything can happen and after you are not so sure anymore, situation gives you stress and stress gives you head pain, stomach pain, maybe heart burn, i think for each of us there are different symptoms. Some of us can control stress and others no, is depend about the person.

Люди беспокоятся о будущем, особенно, когда они не уверены в чем-то, вы никогда не можете быть уверены, даже если вы так думаете, что-то может случиться, и после того, как вы больше не уверены, ситуация вызывает у вас стресс, а стресс вызывает у вас головная боль, боль в животе, может быть, сердечный ожог, я думаю, у каждого из нас есть свои симптомы. Некоторые из нас могут контролировать стресс, а другие нет, это зависит от человека.

Les gens sont inquiets pour l’avenir, spécialement quand ils ne sont pas sûrs de quelque chose, vous ne pouvez jamais être sûr, même si vous le pensez, tout peut arriver et quand vous n’êtes plus sûr, la situation vous donne du stress et le stress donne vous avez mal à la tête, au ventre, peut-être au cœur, je pense que chacun de nous présente des symptômes différents. Certains d’entre nous peuvent contrôler le stress et d’autres non, cela dépend de la personne.

Quel genre de personne êtes-vous et comment vous y prenez-vous?

  1. I think stress comes to everyone, I get stressed at times. I like to go outside and sit with my various little animals, hard to stay stressed with them around. Many ways to deal with it, but I think being outside, going for a walk, enjoying the sights and sounds around you, being with friends, spending time with a pet, hard to stay stressed with a purring cat on your lap. Great thoughts Ilona!!😃🌞💛😁

  2. When I was young and hopeful for the future I managed stress well. I was confident that I would overcome the obstacles in front of me. Now that I know the truth, and embrace the inevitable, I allow the stress to overwhelm me and help speed me to the journey’s end.

  3. Why is that stress ? You should put some more question for the root cause of stress. Example if that is about money due to you are jobless, find an alternative. Be smart to find solutions. Dont be like thinking same thing over and over again and stress yourself. Instead raise question to yourself. Find the answer.

  4. Why stress? Ask few more questions, what for ? Root cause of stress ? What is the need ? Instead of worrying about, find a solution. We are Human. We can do anything. All you have to do is beleive that you can overcome it.

  5. Indeed, you do not know what your life will look like tomorrow. I like to think that our lives on the grand scale of time are like vapor, or the morning fog — it’s here a little while, and then vanishes away. As such, I try my best not to stress out and just enjoy life. 😉

  6. “Ad impossibilia nemo tenetur” (anyone is obliged to do the impossible)
    That’s kind of my life philosophy to avoid stress and anxiety.
    I just think “If there’s no solution, solved it is” and then I focus on something I can do.

    Although I can control my stress, I got into smoking to deal with it’s opposite (Lethargy). Bad idea. I like how it tastes, but it just doesn’t worth it, because it’s just an expensive waste of money and health, That’s why i’m stopping.

  7. I think some kind of stress is good. It’s good to be pushed to a degree. In lifting, lifters will go through a reloading phase. They will cut back for a week or so on heavy lifting. This is a good approach for life. Jesus told His apostles rest. That’s one way I try to alleviate stress. I’m off Facebook and Instagram, and this has alleviated tons of stress for me. I lost a 100 followers for my blog, but that’s okay. They weren’t truly following, it was because I had a Facebook page. Taking baths and working out are other ways I like to alleviate stress.

  8. I deal with stress way to much! But what I try to do is just ask God to help me not be stressed out or worried, and know that He will take care of everything, and that He knows what’s best for me and I shouldn’t worry about anything.

  9. None of us knows the future, so the potential to stress is there for everyone. But I know that God knows the future and when I start to feel stressed I turn to Him and trust Him to take care of me and the things that I am concerned about. 🙂

  10. I used to worry a lot now I keep things happen, I don’t stress about it, but I do what it takes and if I didn’t do my best I just don’t rant and nag… I just live the moment because tomorrow might never come
    “Dream as if you’ll live forever and live as if you’ll die tomorrow”
    We are the children of today, the past has gone and the future is not ours

  11. I am aware and staying in present. When you in the moment of Now there is no stress or worries. If the problem is coming I consider is as challenge and focusing on a solution instead on what will happens if… 👌🏻

  12. Most of us are exposed to stress. Life is not rosy and it comes to us unexpectedly. It depends on how we fight against him so as not to affect our life. As always, your thoughts arouse the necessary interest to take them into account.

    But there is Pain that is Enjoyable During the Gain
    Effortless Per say and do too.. When We Control the
    Limits of the Pain and Gain and No one is Master over
    Us as Slave.. i’m A bit of an expert on Stress Now i guess considering
    that the Audience at Least Sees me now as A Truly Most Confident Person
    Fearless in Dance and on the other Hand before my ‘Dance Vocation of Life’
    In Moving Meditation Now for 11,270 Miles.. in 69 Months before i retired at
    Age 47 and Officially so With Retirement Income at age 49.. my Psychiatrist
    Noted at 47 that i was the most Stressed-out Person he ever encountered after
    Dealing with Combat Fatigue Veterans as a Major in the Air Force.. he had
    No Hope for my Recovery
    And Neither Did my
    Doctor a Hopeless
    Life Spent
    in Severe
    Anxiety
    was the
    Prognosis
    for my Life and
    then i found Writing
    that turned into a Flow
    of Meditation and Heart Felt
    Poetry connecting Emotions to
    Words in a Bio-Feed back of controlling
    my Levels of Happiness with both Song of
    Words and Dance of Steps both Natural Meditation
    but sure more Natural Breathing with Dance.. People don’t
    Understand that we will Domesticate ourselves to an Early
    Grave or Return to the Wild and Free Love Song And Dance
    of Life Together that Regenerates Literally Regenerates and
    Grows the Gray Matter and Connections in Our Brains Lighting
    Up all the Connections in Bio-Chemical-Electrical Ways through
    the rest of our Bodies that are our Minds there is No Separation in
    Unison of Yoga Flow… where really when one masters this Hypo-Transient
    Frontality Science Termed State of Ascendance and Transcendence in Flow Lighting
    up the Rest of our Human Potential Dampening the almighty illusory Neo-Cortical Construction We Create of Time And Distance And Space out of the Beyond Infinity
    Of Smiles Now Eternally in an Agape Flow of Love For All.. as some of my Closest Relatives will tell ya if they read this now it’s all Gibberish it makes no Sense

    on the
    Weekend

    Crossing Our Border
    on Weekday KKK-Like
    Meetings on TV with their

    Laughing as they would putting people in ‘Gas Camps’ for being different too…
    There is one thing Always Now the Human Species will not Endure and that is when
    Hope and
    Love now
    is only Lit
    up in Gas-Lit Fires of Lies
    That/Who Breed Fear And Hate Dead as Alive..
    But on the other Hand they Might Start Dancing And Singing and Free
    Their Self to Opening up the Wisdom of HeART Within Giving And Sharing the
    Real Kingdom of Heaven that is Real and Agape Love A Shining Light for All (God)..:)

  14. stress and those things that cause stress are a fact of life. we can let them rule us or we use them to live life. what maybe stressful to one is not seen as stressful to another. some people thrive on stress as it causes an adrenaline rush. while others dread it. we must find the balance in our on lives to live with stress and know when to let it go and relax.

  15. I have anxiety. When it comes to the future and small everyday things, I tend to panic and over worry. I am working on accepting stress and finding ways to live life with a more positive outlook
