About Meditation

Breathing is the most natural process, but we do not pay enough attention to it. Most of people use only 30 to 40% of their lungs when they breathe, thats why only our chest or shoulders move when we do. It happen because most of people have some stress and anxiety, the baby actually breathe by the stomach as they don’t have anything to worry about.

Its good to do a simple exercise few minute per day, full breathing. Its easy, you just focus to inhale with the nose by the “stomach” deeply until the chest then shoulder and exhale fully by the mouth. Do this for 10 15 min and it will reduce a lot of stress, remove toxins and many other benefit.

Дыхание – самый естественный процесс, но мы не уделяем ему достаточно внимания. Большинство людей используют только 30-40% своих легких, когда дышат, поэтому только наша грудь или плечи двигаются, когда мы делаем. Это происходит потому, что у большинства людей есть стресс и беспокойство, ребенок дышит животом, так как им не о чем беспокоиться.

Хорошо выполнять простые упражнения по несколько минут в день с полным дыханием. Это просто, вы просто сосредотачиваетесь на том, чтобы вдыхать носом «живот» глубоко, до груди, затем плеча и полностью выдохнуть ртом. Делайте это в течение 10 15 минут, и это уменьшит стресс, удалит токсины и многое другое.

À propos de la méditation

La respiration est le processus le plus naturel, mais nous n’y prêtons pas assez attention. La plupart des gens n’utilisent que 30 à 40% de leurs poumons quand ils respirent, c’est pourquoi seul notre poitrine ou nos épaules bougent quand nous le faisons. Cela arrive parce que la plupart des gens souffrent de stress et d’anxiété, le bébé respire par l’estomac car ils n’ont rien à craindre.

C’est bien de faire un exercice simple quelques minutes par jour, une respiration complète. C’est facile, il suffit de se concentrer pour inhaler avec le nez par le “ventre” profondément jusqu’à la poitrine puis les épaules et expirer complètement par la bouche. Faites-le pendant 10 à 15 minutes pour réduire le stress, éliminer les toxines et de nombreux autres avantages.

  1. I agree, doing that kind of breathing is essential, I finally found out about that only a year ago. All this time doing things wrong. Now I do it on a daily basis and it really does make a difference. Great advice Ilona!😄😁🌞

  4. Yes breathing properly is so essential to our well being and is very neglected. But meditation starts much after we have done all the breathing techniques and yoga asanas.
