Body Metabolism is a key function for the gain of weight or loss of weight..me i small a pizza at 100 yds i put on weight .. some of my friends can eat a family pizza to themselves and don’t gain a gram… Lol i like the idea of eat and be merry i don’t like the idea of eat and get fatter Hahaha

      1. good point I can’t run knees are gone from 37 years of playing AFL straight.. i ride a lot on average of 10 kilometres.. swimming that something i should do as i’m a good swimmer.. state swimmer for W.A when i was 15,16 and 17 years of age… good points and thank you for showing interest in my blogs and a little bit in me … thank you for your support Kaite

      2. Swimming even at the pool can help a lot, i had some skiing accidents and i had to stay in the bed for very long time, the swimming helped to get in shape very fast after all ๐Ÿ™‚ as i couldn’t run or work out still for a while, i could swim at least ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Iโ€™ve on an anti-inflammatory diet which means I cook with basic ingredients and watch my junk food and sugar intake. I still eat junk food but much less than I used to eat. Iโ€™m hoping to lose the belly fat once and for all because I would like to feel comfortable in a bikini this summer. Iโ€™m a skinny-fat person so I look skinny but I have too much body fat in the wrong places. The belly fat needs to go.

    I indulge in both fruit and chocolate too. Fruit doesnโ€™t make a person fat contrary to the popular belief that carbs are bad. Not all carbs are bad and fruit is good for you. I also make desserts with chocolate and cocoa powder is one of my favorite ingredients. ๐Ÿ˜‹

I eat fruits, vegetables and see food mostly, i never use sauce, i dont eat pork as well, sometimes ones a year i do eat pizza, but i dont find it tasty anymore, like i did 5years ago, all food what i eaten before, now taste so different, i guess it is all about the hobbits, for the belly fat i would suggest running it works like magic๐Ÿ˜and few planks my help as well, dont need to do big effort for good resultโค๏ธ

      1. Good advice Ilona! ๐Ÿ˜‡ For pizza we eat a lot of it but I make it from scratch. Tastes so much better than the take-out pizza. I noticed that food tastes different as well so I think itโ€™s normal for the brain to adapt to a healthier lifestyle. ๐Ÿ™‚ As for running, I can imagine it works well. Exercise revs up the metabolism. I canโ€™t run though since my lungs canโ€™t handle due to a lung condition I was born with.

      2. Iโ€™m hoping to go swimming this summer. There is a gym down the road from here and Iโ€™m debating whether or not to get a membership. Thereโ€™s also a hot spring an hour drive away from here which is really relaxing.
