Doesn’t matter for what kind of reasons you got in to depression, sometimes is just happens without any big shock or particular reason. Stay away from alcohol cigarettes and drugs.

Get all your power together and focus on healthy eating, i know you not hungry and it takes forever to get power to get up and to do something, but put yourself together and eat your breakfast, after you can go back to the bed if you feel like you want to. Eat at least 3 times per day. Breakfast lunch and dinner, try to keep eat healthy, bad food may make you even more depressed.

Sleeping is depend on depression some people sleeps a lot and even more, that they need, others just cant sleep. If you are the sleepy one, take a coffe after breakfast try to focus on something: movie, book, you can try to take a shower if you like, well i didn’t had any motivation for showers, but i read some good books, you can also try to motivate yourself to go for a walk in some beautiful places. While you are dealing with depression you shouldn’t work, talk with your doctor and explain for him all the situation.

Ешьте как минимум 3 раза в день. Завтракайте обедом и ужином, старайтесь есть здоровую пищу, плохая пища может привести к еще большей депрессии.

Сон зависит от депрессии, некоторые люди много спят и даже больше, что им нужно, другие просто не могут спать. Если вы сонливы, выпейте кофе после завтрака, попробуйте сосредоточиться на чем-нибудь: кино, книга, вы можете попробовать принять душ, если хотите, ну, у меня не было мотивации для душа, но я прочитал несколько хороших книг Вы также можете попытаться мотивировать себя на прогулку по красивым местам. Пока вы имеете дело с депрессией, вы не должны работать, поговорите со своим врачом и объясните ему всю ситуацию.

Peu importe le type de raison pour laquelle vous êtes tombé dans la dépression, il arrive parfois que cela se produise sans grand choc ou raison particulière. Éloignez-vous de l’alcool, des cigarettes et des drogues.

Réunissez tous vos pouvoirs et concentrez-vous sur une alimentation saine. Je sais que vous n’avez pas faim et il faut une éternité pour avoir le pouvoir de se lever et de faire quelque chose, mais rassemblez-vous et prenez votre petit déjeuner, après avoir pu retourner à la lit si tu sens que tu veux. Manger au moins 3 fois par jour. Petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner, essayez de rester en bonne santé, la mauvaise nourriture peut vous rendre encore plus déprimé.

Le sommeil dépend de la dépression. Certaines personnes dorment beaucoup et plus encore, dont elles ont besoin, d’autres ne peuvent tout simplement pas dormir. Si vous êtes endormi, prenez un café après le petit-déjeuner, essayez de vous concentrer sur quelque chose: un film, un livre, vous pouvez essayer de prendre une douche si vous le souhaitez, eh bien je n’avais aucune motivation pour les douches, mais j’ai lu de bons livres , vous pouvez également essayer de vous motiver pour aller vous promener dans de beaux endroits. Lorsque vous souffrez de dépression, vous ne devriez pas travailler, parlez-en à votre médecin et expliquez-lui toute la situation.

  1. Great advice! I totally agree about the connection that exists between our diet and depression.

    A weak body results to a weak mind, but if we were to eat well and healthy, we provide our brain cells with enough nutrients, power and energy to be at our disposal to conquer depression. Loved this post. – Cezane

  2. In January 2019 I was cooking my own meals and eating very healthy. I was even making my own gummy candy and pizza dough. Then I got very sick in February during midterm season. Because I was so sick, I started eating bad food again because I felt like the healthy diet wasn’t working, and things started getting worse in terms of my wellbeing and emotional state. And I was miserable. This is why I often have to make raw green energy soup to give my body a boost from time to time. I’m going to make some today! There’s a recipe on my blog that I posted a while ago under “recipes” titled “raw green energy soup.”
