Detox Juice To Feel Lighter

Detox juice is good way to add a lot of nutrients and vitamins in to your body. It may help you to increase energy, boost your immune system, helps to remove the toxins. After your detoxification, your body will have better digestive function and will make you feel lighter.

Toxins affect the body’s ability to burn fat, leading to weight gain, thats why is important to clean you body and get rid of them.

I m drinking this detox juice every Saturday the reason why i’m having it on Saturday is because on other days i’m having different drinks. Do not take it on empty stomach, drink it after your breakfast or while you are eating.

You will need:

  • 4 pieces of ginger
  • 8 leaves of Kale
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 persimmon

Wash all ingredients well and pat dry, cut fruits and vegetables, don’t forget to remove any peels, place all in a juicer. You can add some water or coconut water. You can read benefits of some vegetables and fruits before you go in to the detox diet, this way you will find out what is the best for you, make your own drink.

Le jus de désintoxication est un bon moyen d’apporter beaucoup de nutriments et de vitamines à votre corps. Cela peut vous aider à augmenter votre énergie, à renforcer votre système immunitaire, à éliminer les toxines. Après votre désintoxication, votre corps aura une meilleure fonction digestive et vous fera vous sentir plus léger.

Les toxines affectent la capacité du corps à brûler les graisses, entraînant ainsi un gain de poids, c’est pourquoi il est important de nettoyer votre corps et de vous en débarrasser.

Je bois ce jus de désintoxication tous les samedi. Samedi, c’est parce que les autres jours, j’ai des boissons différentes. Ne le prenez pas l’estomac vide, buvez-le après le petit-déjeuner ou pendant que vous mangez.

Tu auras besoin de:

4 morceaux de gingembre

8 feuilles de chou frisé

1 citron

1 kiwi

1 kaki

Lavez bien tous les ingrédients et séchez-les, coupez les fruits et les légumes, n’oubliez pas de retirer les pelures, placez le tout dans une centrifugeuse. Vous pouvez ajouter de l’eau ou de l’eau de coco. Vous pouvez lire les bienfaits de certains fruits et légumes avant de vous lancer dans un régime de désintoxication.

Ainsi, vous saurez ce qui vous convient le mieux: faites votre propre boisson. Après votre désintoxication, votre corps aura une meilleure fonction digestive et vous fera vous sentir plus léger.   1. Hi Ilona, sounds like another good detox drink. Is there something I could use instead of the lemon? I’m allergic to lemons, unfortunately. I want to keep using these detox drinks. I never knew kale was good for people with lyme disease, that’s interesting, that’s a problem in this area.

Yes, i know the person who has it so overytime we are making our detoxing drinks at home we always chose what is good for her, for me it doesn’t matter, i could drink anything if i knew its good for health, here more vegetables what is important for the diet for people who has lyme disease broccoli

      cucumber
      kale
      spaghetti squash
      spinach
      garlic
      onions.. thank you for reading, yes you can always experiment with your drinks and juice, i like to do it and i like the effect, don’t do it to often, 5 drinks in month is way enough🤗

      4. Oh yes, I know the feeling! I want to go out for a walk this morning and enjoy the nicer day we have. It would be nice sometimes to have someone to walk with but no one I know likes to be outside. So odd! If I mention going for a walk people look at me like I’m crazy! But it’s nice walking by myself too, enjoying fresh air, singing birds, getting chased by dogs… okay, that one isn’t quite as much fun!😁😂

I’m always going for a walk, i’m getting out everyday, well i was a bit sick so i didn’t went for one day, but sometimes i go alone, i like my own company, i enjoyed company of others as i’m big talking, i like to share my thoughts with other people, but they have their own lives and thy are not always available, is nothing bad to walk alone and you not crazy, you are A LIFE, i can’t understand how somehow can stay home and sleep for days and days, life short, we have to collect the most beautiful pictures and moments of our life, i will have time to sleep in my grave, i will have forever❤️

      6. So very true Ilona! I don’t know why people would rather stay inside just watching TV when it’s a gorgeous day! I know in the winter I don’t go out much but when the weather is nice I just need to be outside as much as possible. And sitting too much isn’t good either. Yes, life is short, we should enjoy ourselves, treasure every moment, life is beautiful and. I was ready to go out and try for a picture of the bear last night, but he didn’t come around, sigh. Are you back at work?

I have paper from doctor, he wrote i’m off until Monday, so i called for my boss and i told him everything, he said to don’t worry we are not busy at work anyway, is super busy for 6month and after is empty, but always like this in the hotel business, specially in the places where many tourist coming, people want to come when they are able to enjoy swimming in the sea, i putted my feet inside and is still super cold😁

      8. Yes, the hotels here are very busy in the summer, it can be impossible to get a room unless booked very early. There isn’t much happening in the winter though. Good that you have a little more time off anyway, I’m sure you will keep yourself busy!😀. Sir George just had his breakfast, Baxter is calling for his now. I don’t feel like eating again, been that way all week. Strange. Muffin is snoring now, guess the birds were not interesting enough!😂🙀

Good evening, finally i’m back home and i can answer normally form phone is not very comfortable, is depend the hotel you can find from69euro par night with breakfast included and it can go to over 1000euros as well, but you are coming not for the hotel, you coming to discover the city, so i don’t see the point to go to over priced hotels🤗

      11. No, i had to do some papering work, what i really hate, have to bring bank checks and to pay few bills, also enjoyed my little walk and bought a bit of food for home and also for Leya, i don’t think is good to do physical activity while i’m drinking antibiotics, a?

      12. Yes, you should limit too much physical activity until the antibiotics are finished. I’m sure Leya will be happy with that! I don’t like paperwork either, I still have to finish my income tax return, but at least this year i’m getting some money back! That’s always nice. I had a short walk this morning too, so nice to get out and enjoy the fresh air! Clouds are coming in and it’s supposed to rain tonight, that will be nice.
