  1. I love your post. I completely agree and feel strongly about activities/hobbies helping with mental health. I would add meditation or mindfulness. Keep up your good work!

  2. I have never wrote about it on my blog but I think blogging is something which relax me, improve my creativity and imagination, and through all of that is also good for my mental health:)

      1. Yes it is, I am not lonely but I feel that blogging makes me happier, fuller, gives me some additional emotions. But I love to write and talks with other interesting people.

As i’m very huge extravert, for me is difficult to don’t talk with people, i just hate to do it, is part of me, doesn’t matter or i talk online or in real life, i feel like have to putting out of of me, makes me feel better, is very interesting how you can find here people with the same thinking, you can find support and helpful posts as well, some people are dealing with the same problems and just feels good to shared it and to help out for each other🤗

  4. I think most any hobby is a good idea. Collecting is definitely good, I do wood working, walking, photography is great, spending time in the country is very peaceful. I could come up with a long list!😀😂

  5. I improved my mental health so much! I found a wonderful mentor who explained to me everything I needed to be explained. Yes, I am paying him, but not that much. Not that much I paid for shitty service of a life coach. My life turned upside down after I was introduced to that man. I think, subconscious mind work, understanding Universal laws and spiritual awareness improving mental health 100 per cent. I checked.

  6. Great idea! I started this last Wednesday and you might want to start this weekly. Sometimes, we need self-affirmations to counteract the feeling of hopelessness or discouragement. If we feel down, filling in the blanks of encouraging statements can help us in getting back to who we are.

    The same as the power of having a support network, it is important to love ourselves and acknowledge who we are and what we believe in.
