  1. Drawing, painting and colouring, i have read, that it has a healing power, it helped for people who head depression to feel better.
  2. Playing instrument, music can be big huge help for soul, because true music we can express our feelings instead of holding them back, the same things as well goes with a drawing, painting and colouring.
  3. Writing, to write how you feel, doesn’t matter where, it can diary, blog, notebook, you can write a latter to yourself about how feel, what you feel and why you are feeling this way, i think it is very helpful for you, you can understand better yourself, when you read what you wrote.
  4. Swimming, while you swim your body working out, you are breathing deeply and the breathing part of meditation, which helps to clean up your mind and body from the toxins.
  5. Reading, the book can take you to another place, it helps to focus and relax your mind from thoughts and thinking we all need a break from our own mind.
  6. Knitting, while you are doing it, you are focus on it, it helps you to do something, what doesn’t requires huge skills, you can chose to do something simple and the results may give you feeling of happiness.
  7. Yoga, while you are dealing with rain of thoughts, why don’t you just do something new and useful, with yoga you can improve your physical look, while you are focus on posture, your thoughts won’t big affect on you.
  8. Playing tennis, while you are focusing on the ball and you have intention to win, you may forget about all the things, which bothers you, at least for a little while.
  9. Running, good run i think is always good idea, because it helps for your blood circulations and after big run you may be to tired to think about something, you will think only about shower and bed.
  10. Travelling to the peaceful place, if you have possibility to change the environment at least for a week, to a beautiful place by the sea or where is mountains, i think it could help for you to put your thoughts in the right place.

I got interested years ago, because I was curious and skeptical. I don’t know how it works-my mother would tell you cause of the Devil.   2. 11. Crafting. Knitting touches on it, but there are so many ways to create that it is ridiculous. Quilting, crocheting, plastic canvasing, cross stitching.
    12. Gardening. Gotta say there is something satisfying about pulling weeds and planting colours. Plus, tending a vegetable garden has actual rewards beyond creating something pretty!
