8. Start exercise from 3 to 5 times per week

9. Avoid all the bad sugars and carbs

In general sugar is void of nutrients and crowds out other nutrient food that your body needs.

Ones you get used to highly sweetened foods, your taste will change and you will eat more cookies, candies and others sweet foods.

The simple act of eating carbs will not cause weight gain, but eating to much of it can lead to weight gain.

      1. Nope not bad carbs at all. All carbs are good. I explain it like this. Potatoes ist good carbs and if you cooking them in healthy way like boiled it is good for you. And if you deep fry them in grease they are bad for your health. So whatever you add. Carbs are amazing when they are unprocessed heavily and donโ€™t have a fatty adoptions. They are healthy.

    1. Depend the way you are making them, i make mine at home, i peel potatoe and cut it, atfer i place it in the pan, adding some salt and olive oil, and VOILA, healthy french fries๐Ÿค—๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒธโ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒˆ

  2. I’ve been practicing most of those tips, except for number 2. Pork dishes are ever present every week (thankfully, we’re not having it daily) in our household and I can’t resist them, but I agree that animal-based foods are less nutritious than the plant-based meals.

  5. some good tips. more fruits and vegetables and water is good. exercise is good also. animal fat is animal fat whether it is from a pig or cow or chicken. lean meat has the needed type of protein we need. fat makes the meat taste better and when we decrease the fat we often replace it with salt for flavor. all in moderation and volume control. and we have to remember that food is fuel to keep going through out the day.
