About Stress

Stress is everywhere. It can be all the time with us in everyday and cannot be avoided. We can only react to the environment in a timely and correct manner. I think the possibilities are great now. Both change the environment and freedom of choice. Of course, modernization of civilizations is experiencing increasing stress and tension. People rush to live. Accelerating the pace of life increases stressful situations, people’s dissatisfaction and the growth of violence. However, we cannot forget the needs of our body to relax and calm down. How much stress we will experience and how strongly we respond to it usually depends only on ourselves. It is not possible to watch the signals given by the body through the fingers, which can end in many years of treatment or irreversibly alter our lives. In order to feel inner tension and worry about something, we should not hide. It is not true that only weak people complain of stress. Such an opinion is wrong. People start shaving when they get too hard or unbearable. Not always is the person aware of the complexity of the situation, in which case he needs our help. Stress is a part of our life and it is pointless to resist and to learn to live and receive it as naturally as possible.

  1. 200 new lecture notes to read by Tuesday, review of 400+ slides for Tuesday, an anecdotal note of deep reflection, a large chart for clinical (makeup assignment) to help me prepare for next clinical, a 40% presentation on Monday, lab prep for Monday. Life isn’t stressful….😟

      1. There is always a risk of not finishing my studying. This time around, I had to cut the readings because there’s simply not enough time. At this point, we are all just hoping to pass. I prepare the best I can and that’s all I can really do.

    Earth Hehe.. true if i at 240 Lbs Standing over 6 Feet Tall
    as a Feather Dancing both Randomly as Chaos Magic and

    i am age 58 too.. i’ve heard so
    many folks say at 30 or so i am just so old
    like Marine Captain’s who say That Bench
    Press is just so hard to make meanwhile i am
    Stronger than ever as i don’t Believe in Couch Potato Averages..
    When i was taking a Master’s Level Course in Sociology of Aging
    at University the Teacher said i was too Idealistic and Over
    Zealous to suggest that i would be as Healthy as i was
    at age 23 then finishing my 3 College Degrees as
    i would be at age 60 if i kept on taking Care of
    Health both with Exercise and Diet meanwhile
    i’ll be 59 in 3 Months and 60 Soon enough and
    i am 3 times stronger Empirically Measured as
    i was then working out even harder now and
    increasing gifts of Creativity too Never let anyone
    Convince You.. you are old at 30 for if you Believe it that
    is the place you will surely make for yourself too as even
    a Marine Captain will Fulfill that Self-Prophecy of Weakness too..
    By the way my University Degrees were in Health Science, Anthropology
    And Social Sciences Interdisciplinary as folks told me you are so smart
    why don’t you go into Business and i said no Thanks i am gonna Live
    Free and Happy
    Rich or Money Poor the Same..
    As Rich of Spirit of Heart and Soul for Sure..
    And ‘Society’ Pushed me up the Ladder of Monetary Success
    in that way of Status’ and i Eventually Fell and Rose again Free..
    yes now!
    Stress Free..!
    for all practical
    Intents and Purposes of Every Now Life..
    but yes i was a King of Pain and Numb too for years true.. too…
    And that my Friend is what Brings potential Empathy for others most..:)

  3. Very interesting subject! Stress is the century problem and nowadays when doctors fail to diagnose any disease, they say it’s stress! Everything is related and caused by stress and we need to learn how to manage and resist so we don’t become salves to stress and we forget how to enjoy life! Thank you for sharing ❤
