Magic Of Yoga

When you practising yoga the mind becomes calm, and the mood is more stable, when a person shows the neutrality of the mind in relation to the outer environment as well as the inner space. Looking at prosperity, rejoices together, fortunately is friendly and foolish, feels compassionate. Such behavior retains an active positive position that allows you to practice yoga on a regular bases, have a steady mind, under any conditions that fate is giving, including the toughest times.

On the other hand, not everyone knows that yoga is not just exercises for flexibility, health, spiritual balance, it is a deep and wise system of self realisation, not only from the physiological, but also from the spiritual part. Modern yogis living in social life gradually become aware of everything about yoga – asanas gain special significance due to their specific influence on delicate coverings and energy channels nadi. When performing one or the other asanas, the purification of subtle bodies and coverings occurs, and the mind is cleansed, and consciousness balances. This is due to a sharpness that occurs in practice and that is why discomfort during the session is very necessary.

    1. Thank you, it’s really powerful for me, but not everyone need it, we all have different passion and its completely normal, i feel lazy for some other things😁so i just decide it’s not for me if i feel this way about it❤️hope you are having a great day!

  2. I am very happy to have started practicing yoga, but it took me a long time before I realized the meaning, but glad I endured. Yoga and medition have become a part of me, and it is healthy for my body, soul and mind🦋 Thank you for sharing❤️

      1. I think many people heard about it, but they didn’t made a step to try it on, i’m writing about it because it helped me a lot and it help for many people as well, i hope i will push them to try it on with my posts😁

    1. Yes it does, but you can do it separately as well, i do meditation every day, and i go to yoga class 3 times a week, we do in yoga class meditation with all the group. Sometimes when i feel like i won’t fell as sleep easily tonight, i do some postures without meditation, we can choose whatever we won’t and when we want and also what we think what is good for us👩‍💻🙏good question, i was happy to answer🤗🌸i’m practising Hatha yoga is more about physical strength🤸🏽‍♂️

      1. I would like to try yoga but I do want to learn meditation first for the peace and tranquility. I’ve heard nothing but good things about it…especially if you have a job full of stress.

  3. Yoh! Have never done yoga before and don’t think can be something I will enjoy because for starters I am not that flexible and can’t be that comfortable around people however I know the benefits of yoga so in would encourage those who haven’t tried it to do so.

People who does it in the class with you are helpful, i couldn’t do a lot at the beginning, they all were giving advice, even helped me to keep legs in the right position and i was keep falling and they were continuing to help until i succeed, we all laughed together when i was falling, is nothing bad to laugh from yourself and let other people to laugh from the situation with you, now i’m not beginner anymore, but i always help for someone who is new, because someone did for me❤️🤸🏽‍♂️

Thank you for reading and for writing a comment, i would suggest you to find yoga lessons somewhere not far from your home for the begining, when you paying for it you have to go, is no way to escape😄, you can do it at home with a CD or a book, but it never worked me honestly, i started by joining groups with other people, now i can do it alone, but i still go to the class, because i like people in there, they so calm and peaceful, gives me good vibes and helps me with new difficult postures🌸🤗☀️🌸
