      1. I m with you!💛can talk a bit if you feel like talking, today i had a great day, i went to university, met a friend for lunch, after had to work at bit, now i’m home in my bed with laptop, still have to remove clothes from washing machine and to wash dishes, but i feel so lazy😀

When i felt bad mentally, i started to take care about my physical health and i tried to keep it that why, i started work out and eat healthy, but i still have time to think some nonsense in my head, so i decided to start yoga and meditation, i was trying to don’t skip meals and to sleep at least6 hours per day, i made myself super busy, so i didn’t had time to think bad things, try to live the moment, don’t think about yesterday or about tomorrow, all what i did it helped for me..

      4. after when i started to feel good physically i decided to work on my mental health and now i’m fine, believe me i had so much nonsense in my head, i was thinking oh what if i won’t get married and kids, what if i will do when my parents die one day, what if i won’t succeed my studies and fail, omg it was to much if, but somehow i placed everything in the right places, now i’m fine mentally and physically, i didn’t do anything special just all what i told you, sometimes i was shaking i just felt so stressful, my thoughts made feel so bad i was scared of my own mind, doctor subscribed me Xanax, but i didn’t like the effect, i stopped taking it, no one can help you, but you can help for yourself, by working hard with yourself, hugs and kisses!

      5. do you use meditation? or working out in the gym? you should start yoga classes you can meet some people there who may become your close friends for life, try to eat your meals regularly and sleep at least6 hours a day…you should care about yourself, you are good person and i know that, you have only one life, take good care of it, some people have cancer they are on the line to die and they fight for life until the last breath and you are healthy young man, come on, how your hand can even type this kind of words? 💚

    Today I have been successful and hope to read more of your posts.
    I have been scrolling down comments on this post & see several from someone who displays drawing of an Asian lady with, not sure of writing. When I clicked on to the site to read the blog it seemed to be a poker site unless I have read it wrong.
