Lunch Time

As the main daily meal, lunch holds a place of importance. Making time for healthy lunch can make us feel better mentally and physically. Food is what gives you energy. Lunch raises your blood sugar level in the middle of the day, making you able to focus for the rest of the day. While i’m having my lunch i like to drink home made juice, i mix fruits and vegetables, it makes me feel more a wake.


  • Spinach (100g) or (as much as you like)
  • Tomato 8 small yellow ones
  • 1 big red tomato for the sauce
  • half onion
  • Rice, i used 90g
  • 200g of beef
  • 1spoon of 100proc. extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • half glass of boilinglwater

Cut the meet in small pieces, peal of the onion and cut it in little cubes, place the oil in to the pan. Now peal of the red tomato, remove the seeds and place in the mixer, in to the sauce add pinch of salt and place in to the pan. It’s important to closed the pan while you cook it. After 5minutes of cooking add around half glass of boiling water and continue to cooked about 10minutes more.

Now cook the rise and place it in to the plate nicely, i like to use some small deeper plates to make a nice form and after turn in to the flat plate. Place the beef on the top of the rice. I like to decorate my plate with spinach and tomatoes it’s healthy and looks pretty.
