Detox juice is good way to add a lot of nutrients and vitamins in to your body. It may help you to increase energy, boost your immune system, helps to remove the toxins. After your detoxification, your body will have better digestive function and will make you feel lighter.
Toxins affect the body’s ability to burn fat, leading to weight gain, thats why is important to clean you body and get rid of them.
I m drinking this detox juice every Sunday, because on other days i’m having different drinks. Do not take it on empty stomach, drink it after your breakfast or while you are eating, i drink this on after lunch.
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 300g of spinach
- 4 pieces of aloe vera
Wash all ingredients well and pat dry, cut fruits and vegetables, don’t forget to remove any peels, place all in a juicer. You can add water or coconut water.
Cleaning yourself is just a first step to go, after that is much more things to follow, but is already very good start, if you are ready to pay a lot of attention for every single food you eat or drink that you drink, you will be able to loose a lot of weight and burn all the fat of your body.
