The best thing about detox is that you can use any combination of vegetables and fruits, i like to add some coconut water in my juice, because is just taste so good and has some benefit as well.
Cleaning yourself is just a first step to go, after that is much more things to follow, but is already very good start, if you are ready to pay a lot of attention for every single food you eat or drink that you drink, you will be able to lose a lot of weight and burn all the fat from your body.
Ingredients:
- 6pieces of ginger
- half of grapefruit
- 2kiwis
- half lemon
- quarter of pineapple
- 1carrot
- quarter of leek
Wash all ingredients well and pat dry, cut fruits and vegetables, don’t forget to remove any peels, place all in a juicer. You can add water or coconut water.
After your detoxification, your body will have better digestive function and will make you feel lighter.Toxins affect the body’s ability to burn fat, leading to weight gain, thats why is important to clean you body and get rid of them.
When we have the garden, we do lots of juicing – usually beets, carrots and sometimes apples or another juice and a few greens thrown in as well!

I once smoked some hash from there. Been a long time ago. I don’t use anything anymore: not even cold medicine or pepto. But, there are beautiful, lovely things in every corner of the world. This I know.
