Mental Health

Self-care techniques and general lifestyle can help manage the symptoms of many mental health problems.

We get ill when we expect more than we can get, when we relay more on others and less on ourselves, when material world becomes more important than meaning of life.

Need to learn to be thankful for what we have, it’s never enough, because it’s easy to get use to material things and they don’t make us happy anymore, we think, if you get something new it will bring happiness back, but it’s not true, it will make us happy for a moment and at the end if you continue to think this way, it will never be enough.

It’s important to figure out, what really matters and what is real. To find another way to feel happy, not for a day or two, but forever.

  1. A healthy mind and lifestyle outdo any medication and most doctor’s subjective diagnosis and treatment.

Lithium toxicity almost did me in!

No more doctor’s and pills for me!

Now only traditional Chinese medicine and maybe a Shaman or Witch Doctor if need be!

They seem to want to cure not just treat!

    On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate most doctor’s as a ‘O!’
