Detox drinks are simple to make and easy to drink, make it part of your and it change you. You have big choice, my preference are home made juice, i like to make it on my own.
The best thing about detox is that you can use any combination of vegetables and fruits, i like to add some coconut water in my juice, because is just taste so good and has some benefit as well.
Every time before my work out i like to take glass of juice, but i mean half glass of real juice the rest must be gutted with water, so at the end it makes full glass. I prefer to drink 30 hour before my work out.
- 6 clementins
- 1 lemon
- 8 leaves of kale
- 1 persimmon
Place it all in the juicer, when it’s ready put half in the glass and cut it with water. While I’m working out i drink at least 1l of water is very important if you want to feel well and get good result as well.
