You will need:
- 4 leaves of Kale
- Half Lemon
- 4 piece of ginger
- 1 persimmon
- 1 kiwi
- 1 grapefruit
Wash all ingredients well and pat dry, cut fruits and vegetables, don’t forget to remove any peels, place all in a juicer. You can add some water or coconut water.
