Detox juice can be very different every day is depend what are you adding in to it, today i’m going to share with my Friday drink. Is not tasty, but ver powerful, if you can not support the taste you can add more lemons or any other fruit or vegetables what you like.
This juice will clean you liver, fill you up with a lot of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Don’t forget to pay attention to your meals and snacks, otherwise detox is pointless. It can really burn a lot of fat and help you for weight loss, but you have to do a little effort as well.
- 4 apples
- 1 pair
- 2 pieces of ginger
- 1 persimmon
- half of lemon
Wash all ingredients well and pat dry, cut fruits and vegetables, don’t forget to remove any peels, place all in a juicer. You can add some water or coconut water.
